Discussion	Fred Kasten presented a CSM for Larry Hildebrand, parcels # 022 051801 and 022 0518, which the zoning committee had approved. Larry Hildebrand would like to combine the 2 parcels to make one. Motion by Kafer, 2^nd by Schoonover to approve CSM

Approve Resolution for Future Land Use Plan

Discussion

The Future Land Use Map was updated by the Zoning Committee. It is ready to be turned into the county. Resolution No. 10282009 was presented which The Board adopted the Future Land Use map #1 and #2 by roll call vote . Resolution carried by roll call vote with Schoonover, Kafer and Egan with ayes.

The rest of the meeting, the board worked on the Budget Worksheet for the Proposed Budget for 2010.
